AERIAL YOGA


Learn all the foundations of working with aerial silk hammocks. Using the aerial silk hammock we go through stretching techniques, resistance training, and training to become confident in suspended inversion positions, which is critical in progressing to intermediate classes. Recommended for all beginners.

AERIAL YOGA (ADVANCED)


Join us in the advanced class where we start to develop on the suspended inversion position and into double inversions, which means we're flying at heights. At this level we start getting technical. The pace is faster and we flow through different techniques continuosly. Recommended once you have mastered our beginner classes.

BUNGEE FITNESS


Blast through a low-impact high-intensity session based on dance fitness and suspended on a bungee cord! Join us in this super fun and dynamic fitness class. Recommended for all skill levels.

BUNGEE HIIT


Get HIIT (high-intensity interval training) on a bungee cord in Tabata style! Join us in this low-impact mega calorie-burn and resistance-based fitness class. Recommended for all skill levels.

AIR PILATES


Pilates, but not like you know it! We infuse traditional pilates movements whilst using a canvas hammock and handles. Challenge and improve your strength, alignment, core stability, flexibility and balance. Recommended for all skill levels.

KANGOO JUMPS


A blast of energetic and dynamic movements wearing specially designed rebound shoes equipped with spring-loaded platforms. Kangoo Jumps allow individuals to engage in a full-body workout whilst minimizing impact on joints by up to 80%.
